In general, my breakfast consists of scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage/mushrooms with vegetable side or one of 365 omelet variations. Sometimes, however, I want to go crazy and if I have spare time I try to invent something new. So it was this time.
I had a delicious, local, thin asparagus and lots of walnuts to use. I thought it would be a good idea to prepare a quiche. Typically, paleo quiche recipes are based on almond crust. I opted for a little more distinctive taste of walnut. I was not disappointed :)
